10 - 1 cup purple cauliflower florets
11 - ½ cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
12 - 1 cup radishes, sliced
13 - ½ cup black olives (optional, for color contrast)

# Directions:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly, then slice, peel, and cut according to the ingredient specifications.
02 - On a large serving board or platter, arrange the vegetables in rows or concentric circles by color, beginning with reds and proceeding through to purples to produce a rainbow effect.
03 - Place the hummus and optional yogurt or ranch dips in small bowls and position them on or near the serving board.
04 - Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
