09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
10 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
→ Garnishing & Assembly
11 - 12 pretzel sticks (for tree trunk)
12 - Fresh parsley sprigs (for tree branches)
13 - Cherry tomatoes, halved (for tree ornaments)
14 - Yellow bell pepper, sliced into a star shape (for tree topper)
# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat and evenly spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface, leaving a half-inch border.
03 - Layer smoked turkey slices on top, then scatter diced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped chives evenly.
04 - Tightly roll the tortilla from one end to the other. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up for slicing.
05 - Prepare the remaining tortillas following the same process until all are filled and chilled.
06 - Unwrap each roll and slice into 6 equal pinwheels.
07 - Arrange pinwheels on a large platter in a Christmas tree shape, wider at the base tapering to a point on top.
08 - Insert pretzel sticks at the base for the trunk. Adorn with parsley sprigs as branches, cherry tomato halves as ornaments, and a yellow bell pepper star as the topper.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
